Privacy notice

Who we are. This site is run by Quanveil, a company in formation in Delaware, USA. It has not been incorporated yet. Until it is, the person forming Quanveil is responsible for the information you send. Data Protection Officer: hello@quanveil.com (please put "Privacy" in the subject). Postal address: available on request by email.

What we collect. If you send a request, we receive your name, email, organization, request type (pilot, demo, partnership, press or other) and message. If you email us, we receive your email and what you write. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to run and secure the site.

You do not have to use the form. You can email us instead.

How we use it. Only to reply to your request and to keep a record of it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it. The form is sent by Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which stores submissions (for up to three years under its policy unless deleted sooner) and checks your IP address and email with its spam-filter providers. Email to hello@quanveil.com is forwarded by ImprovMX. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India.

How long we keep it. We keep requests for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. We delete submissions from our Web3Forms account within 30 days of receiving them.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@quanveil.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Cookies. This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics. Because the site does not track visitors over time or across other sites, it does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes. If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below. Last updated 28 October 2026.
